Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Khoshroz Group mobile app. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About the app

The app is provided by Khoshroz Kitab Mahal Limited, Dhaka, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”), and published on Google Play and the Apple App Store by NDC Holding LLC on our behalf. It lets you browse our books, keep a Bag on your phone, send book orders to us on WhatsApp, and learn about and contact the Khoshroz group companies.

Books, prices and availability

We work to keep book details, covers and prices in the app accurate, but they may change or contain errors, and a book may be out of stock. The price and availability we confirm with you when we reply to your order are the ones that apply.

Placing an order

• Sending an order on WhatsApp is a request to buy. It becomes an order only when our team confirms it with you.
• Payment method, delivery charges and delivery time are confirmed with you before the order is finalised.
• Please give a correct name, phone number and delivery address so we can deliver your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a book is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If you have already paid, we will refund you.

Damaged or wrong books

If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong book, contact us promptly with your order details and a photo, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Group services

Information in the app about our group companies and services, such as real estate or import and export, is for general information only. It is not an offer or a contract. Any service is agreed separately and directly with the company concerned.

Using the app properly

Please do not misuse the app, place false orders, try to disrupt the app, or copy and reuse its content for commercial purposes.

Our content

The app’s design, text and the Khoshroz name and logo belong to Khoshroz Kitab Mahal Limited or its group companies. Book covers and titles belong to their respective publishers and authors.

The app is provided as is

We aim to keep the app working well but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that arise from using or being unable to use the app, other than for the orders we confirm with you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app changes. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
